Public Proxy IP is out, under Anonymity: the addresses where open HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 proxies listen, and the addresses their traffic leaves from, a row per address. It comes in six windows, from 1 day to 90, as CSV and MMDB, rebuilt daily.
The exit is its own row
A request through a proxy arrives from the address its traffic leaves from, which is often not the one the proxy listens on. So a row is an address at either end: entry where a proxy listens, exit where a proxy's traffic leaves from, or both. Five rows from the sample:
| Address | End | Protocols | Ports | Proxies | Country | Last usable |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1.0.171.213 | exit, entry | http | 1 | 1 | TH | 2026-10-17 |
1.55.52.210 | exit | socks4, socks5 | 0 | 4 | VN | 2026-10-17 |
103.134.220.49 | entry | socks5 | 1 | 0 | ID | 2026-10-17 |
2001:41d0:2:90cf::1 | exit | http | 0 | 1 | FR | 2026-10-17 |
103.113.153.204 | entry | 0 | 0 | BD |
Ports is num_ports, the ports a proxy listens on at the address, and Proxies is num_proxies, the proxies whose traffic left from it. 1.55.52.210 is an exit only: four proxies' traffic left from it, and a request through any of them arrives from it. 103.113.153.204 ran a public proxy whose port isn't known, last seen on July 20, so it has no protocols and no last_usable, the last day a request through a proxy at the address was answered.
In the October 25 build's 90-day window, 5,228 of the 12,380 exits, 42.2%, are exits only: no public proxy is known to listen there. And 1,826 of the 11,530 proxies that answered more than once between October 18 and 24 left from two or more addresses, one of them from 72. Each of those addresses is a row of its own, so the file is a blocklist as it is.
What's in it
The October 25 build's 90-day window holds 30,358 addresses, 29,522 IPv4 and 836 IPv6, in 150 countries and territories: 12,380 exits and 25,130 entries, 7,152 of them both.
| Protocol | Entries | Exits |
|---|---|---|
http | 11,644 | 9,279 |
https | 8,292 | 6,806 |
socks4 | 2,948 | 1,541 |
socks5 | 3,386 | 1,406 |
An address counts under each protocol its proxies speak, and https is an HTTP proxy that also tunnels HTTPS. 7,318 entries have no protocol: addresses known to have run a public proxy whose port isn't known. 11,268 of the 17,792 entries with a port, 63.3%, have a last_usable. Nine addresses list more than 100 ports each, one of them 10,117.
Indonesia has the most addresses, 5,732, 3,218 of them exits. The United States follows with 2,806, then China with 1,684, Russia with 1,524 and the Philippines with 1,178.
| Window | Addresses | Exits | Entries |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 day | 16,088 | 8,255 | 13,464 |
| 7 days | 22,802 | 12,284 | 17,622 |
| 14 days | 23,396 | 12,380 | 18,150 |
| 30 days | 24,814 | 12,380 | 19,572 |
| 60 days | 27,375 | 12,380 | 22,136 |
| 90 days | 30,358 | 12,380 | 25,130 |
Exits start on October 17, so every window from 14 days up holds the same 12,380.
Most free proxies run on ISP networks, not hosting ones: Detecting free proxies matched a week of them to our other databases.
Getting access
Public Proxy IP ships as CSV and MMDB, the same rows in both, and its docs page has the schema. Sign up to evaluate it from its sample. A license is per database and never metered: see licensing, or talk to us about what you need. With a license, all six windows are in BigQuery too.
